Logan D. Carter, M.S., CCC-SLP

I’m a licensed speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience helping toddlers through young adults build stronger communication skills. What drew me to this field and keeps me inspired every day is the meaningful blend of science, connection, and lifelong learning. I earned my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Appalachian State University and hold both North Carolina licensure and national certification (CCC-SLP).

My clinical focus includes early intervention, speech sound disorders, expressive and receptive language, and literacy development. I’ve worked with children across a wide range of communication profiles and developmental needs. I’ve been part of early identification teams and love collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure support is consistent and holistic.

More than anything, I care about creating a space where children feel safe to take risks, families feel seen and supported, and progress is measured not just by milestones but by meaningful connection. Therapy with me is thoughtful, playful, and always centered around what matters most to you and your child.
